Barrington’s White House is excited to continue its “Lunch & Learn” cultural event series which began in Spring 2023. Community members are invited to bring their lunch and enjoy discussions, demonstrations, and more on a variety of topics. Tickets are $15 per person and include non-alcoholic beverages and sandwich samplings.
Join chef Boris Mantatsky, owner of Fix Sandwich Shop, as he guides you through the anatomy of a perfect sandwich. Guests will sample authentic Italian specialties that balance and layer premium meats like Prosciutto Toscano with rich, creamy stracciatella and house-made pestos. During the demonstration, Mantatsky will share the secrets behind his artisanal masterpieces, discuss his highly sought-after focaccia and seasonal panettone, and share updates on what is new at the restaurant.
