Schedule of Events
- 12:00 - 12:30pm | Snacks & Socialization (the Clinton Community Library will provide sides and beverages but encourages participants to bring their own entrees).
- 12:30 - 1:30pm | Speaker Presentation
In this presentation, the Mohonk Preserve will showcase artifacts from the Hudson Valley region, allowing participants touch, investigate, and discover experientially. Dynamic, small group activities enhance learning and understanding through engagement with the materials of daily Iroquois and Algonquin life, including the chronology of projectile points, identification tools and their function, reconstruction of artifacts, and an introduction to pestles, awls, hammerstones, spear points, pottery, and more.
