Lunch and Learn at CasaVive: Yoga Sampler

At this Lunch and Learn our amazing yoga instructor will take us through a class featuring 3 different styles of yoga highlighting the unique benefits of each. The class will be followed by a discussion and mingling session with small bites and hydrating teas.

At CasaVive our mission is holistic health and wellness including physical mental and social health. Our Lunch and Learn series is open to all our members as well as members of the public as community building and outreach are two of our top values.
