Lunch and Learn at CasaVive: Guided Meditation and Sound Bath

Join us for a guided meditation designed to support habit changing and promote mindset resiliency. The meditation will be followed by a sound bath then a Q & A session with the meditation leader. Light snacks will be served.

Heartsbloom is an inclusive Wellness Studio that specializes in a holistic and naturistic approach to counseling therapy & nutrition. Tihana the founder and clinical director of Heartsbloom is a registered psychotherapist clinical hypnotherapist and certified nutrition therapist. She uses an integrative and strength-based approach that looks at behavioural psychological diet nutrition and mindfulness-based techniques from a holistic context.

CasaVive is holistic health studio where we value not just physical but also mental and social health. Our Lunch and Learns are designed to have an educational or experiential component for attendees as well as time for social interaction. Aside from the bi-monthly Lunch and Learn we offer personal training yoga small group fitness classes nutrition counseling and athletic therapy.
