Join us for this one-hour Lunar New Year meditation embodying the Year of the Fire Horse in the Chinese zodiac. This gathering offers a space to release the weight of the past year and consciously step into new momentum.

Through a guided Reiki visualization, breathing, and sound bath, we will symbolically burn away outdated patterns, fears, and fatigue, making room for clarity, courage, and renewal.

Drawing on bold and grounded Fire Horse energy, we invite authentic forward movement, inner strength, and the confidence to greet this new year with vital intention and an open heart.

What You Need to Know: You will have the choice to be in a seated or laying down position for this meditation, so please wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring cozy things like a blanket or pillow along with a yoga mat to make yourself even more comfy. This meditation will be more passive, less active.
