EVENT DEDICATION
This annual event will always be dedicated to the life and memory of Winnie Yu, co-founder of Teance Fine Teas. She passed away in 2017 but we carry her remarkable strength, friendship and leadership in our hearts. In partnership with Fourth Street, Winnie began our beloved festival 17 years ago in 2009. We will keep her traditions going strong!
