Lunar New Year Dinner 2026 - The Year of the Horse

A five course dinner celebrating a prosperous and delicious new year. Mocktails will be included and guests are welcome to bring any other beverages they wish to enjoy. We are extremely excited about this sweet and spicy collaboration from Chef Diana of Little Chef Little Cafe and Laura Dadap of Djablo Sauce. The dishes are sure to delight and will feature the signature sweet and spicy flavors of these two female founders.

Menu:

i. Yusheng = Ceremonial Salad - a tradition of combining ingredients that signifies abundance, wealth, and prosperity.

ii. Djablo Kinilaw - another dish of abundance featuring fresh tuna in a spicy and savory citrus coconut dressing

iii. Filipino Sweet and Spicy Spaghetti Bolognese - long noodles that signal prosperity, health, and long life

iv. Papa Djablo's Pork Belly with garlic rice and bok choy - a delicious celebratory dish found on tables to mark momentous occasions

v. Sweet Turon - spring rolls signify prosperity and sweetness is the best way to end a delicious meal
