This special experience weaves together guided Harp Yoga Nidra, a deeply immersive sound bath, and an exploration of the lunar and astrological energies of the season to support reflection, release, and new beginnings.

We begin by inviting you to reflect on what you’re ready to let go of and what you wish to cultivate in the cycle ahead. You’ll then be guided into Yoga Nidra accompanied by live harp music, allowing the body to rest deeply while the mind remains gently aware.

The experience concludes with a resonant sound bath to help integrate intentions, clear lingering tension, and restore balance to the nervous system. This journey offers a meaningful pause to reset, connect with the lunar and astrological rhythms, and step into the new cycle feeling grounded, refreshed, and open to what’s ahead.
