Our Lunar New Year festivities will kick off with a martial arts demonstration 🥋, a traditional Chinese lion dance by the Asian Lion Dance Team 💫, and appearances by the 2025 and 2024 Miss Chinatown Hawaii Queens and Princesses. 👑 The electrifying lion will dance its way through SALT at Our Kaka‘ako, blessing the entrances of our tenants. You can participate by feeding the lions red envelopes 🧧, known as lai see (lucky money), believed to bring prosperity to the giver throughout the year.
