Lunar New Year Celebration

Ring in the Year of the Snake with a celebration in Thrive City! Enjoy the vibrant colors, sounds, and flavors of Lunar New Year with family-friendly activities, delicious culinary delights, and exciting cultural performances! Celebrate health, luck, and prosperity and set the tone for a year of abundance and happiness!

Event highlights include:

• Special performances by LionDanceMe, Nguyen Dance Company, and Korean Culture Center Urisawe Drum Performance
• Snake statue photo opportunity
• Delectable food offerings
• Arts and crafts

Eventbrite registration is highly recommended and will receive priority access to the event. If the event is sold out, limited walkup registrations may be available on a first-come, first-served basis day of the event.

Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:

• No weapons of any kind
• No alcohol brought onto the plaza
• All pets* on a leash
• No coolers
• No lawn chairs
• Non-surgical masks will not be allowed; guests must be easily identifiable. Limited face paint will be accepted.
• No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
• No smoking of any kind
• No amplified sound
• No drones
• No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
• No motorized vehicles
• No pamphlets or product samples
• No overnight camping
• No tents
• All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
• No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
• Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management

*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
