Ladies! Join us in a sacred ceremony under the Hunter's Moon as we transition into darker and colder seasons. We will enjoy ceremonial cacao to drop us into our heart space and ground us before we journey through a 30-minute sound bath and receive reiki.

Cacao is rooted in ancient traditions, especially within the indigenous cultures of Mesoamerica, cacao has been used in rituals and ceremonies for centuries. Often called "the food of the gods," it’s known to open the heart, enhance emotional healing, and deepen the connection with oneself and others.

What do I bring?

• Yoga mat or a blanket to lay on during the sound bath
• Dress comfortably and warm

Consider bringing another blanket to cover you during sound, a pillow, or an eye covering. Bring whatever you need to become as comfortable as possible to get the most out of your evening <3
