Lunar Eclipses are generally a good time for release, letting go and performing deep emotional cleansings. During this ceremony we'll be focusing on "spring cleaning your heart", clearing the old and making way for the new. Let's gather in community and raise our vibrations as we journey through breathwork, reflection, connection exercises, ceremonial cacao and a healing sound bath.
