The Kansas Hispanic Education & Development Foundation (KHEDF) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering students through education and workforce readiness. KHEDF provides scholarships, career development, and leadership programs that support students from high school through college and beyond. With nearly 40% of USD 259 students identifying as Latino and 72% as students of color, KHEDF’s work addresses critical gaps and builds a diverse, educated workforce for Kansas’ future. Through partnerships with local businesses, universities, and community organizations, KHEDF connects students to resources, mentorship, and opportunities that help them succeed academically and professionally.
