Come look for the light with us. Ready to unwind your body & let your creativity flow? Join us for our Yoga & Art Retreat, an in-person event where you'll stretch your body with yoga & play in creative expression through art.

Whether you're new to yoga or a pro, and whether you love painting or just want to try something new, this retreat is all about self care, creating, & connecting with like-minded folk.

Warm up with a yoga & art combination. Then moving into a full yoga session, followed by a watercolour play session & ending with a yoga nidra. Lastly a warm drink & chat in circle to send you home cozy & relaxed.

Run by two friends. Kerry (myself) - a local artist & creative practitioner, cheerleading creativity to help your wellness. And Cass - a professional yoga teacher whose beautiful studio will be our setting. Expect chilled vibes. We love anything witchy, we're very low key & up for a giggle.
