Luminoso Movement Journey

Luminoso is an ecstatic dance and mindful movement practice. We begin with a guided and grounding somatic meditation before dropping into free movement & dance. The dance will have some light guidance throughout the practice as we move through the various rhythms that are inspired by the elements: Earth, Water, Fire, & Air.

The movement journey is an internal deep dive to draw up and move through the diverse waves of our human experience. We will offer guidance using body awareness, breath, movement, music, and optional hands-on assist as we travel through these various waves of intention. We begin by exploring the grounded nature of our spine & feet, moving into the depth of fluid emotion and expression. As we build, we fuel movement with more fire, passion, anger, and/or action. We close the session with on a high note with elevated tones that inspire joy and freedom.

Luminoso will lead you through an energetic cleansing process, offering a space and practice to fully embody all that which lives under the surface.
