Using mindfulness and my unique Lumination® coaching approach, you’ll create and step into your own distinct Circle of Potential.

Lumination® is an impactful and fun coaching process. Designed as a board game, it brings players together using a coaching approach to address a current challenge. Participants come away with increased clarity, confidence and the courage to make a change.

There are 20 Lumination® characters in total, used in a method that has been successfully tried and tested over many years in both large and small group settings. We’ll be working with your own amazing internal ‘Explorer’: perfect for the new year.
