🌟 Luminate the Day – Chapter Five 🌟A huge milestone is upon us! Luminary Fitness and Windy Willow Foundation are proud to host our FIFTH nonprofit fit-fest, Luminate the Day, right here in Grand Rapids, MI.
Luminate the Day (LTD) is a 100% nonprofit competition raising funds and awareness for Windy Willow Foundation, an organization dedicated to access, advocacy, and action for mental health initiatives. Their mission focuses on addressing root challenges in mental health, wellness, and suicide prevention for youth.

• Three-person teams
• Men’s & Women’s divisions
• Rx & Scaled
Rx is programmed to be accessible yet competitive.
Scaled is designed to be extremely welcoming to athletes of all experience levels.
