Join us for the Lumina Circle, a monthly meditation gathering for men and women to reconnect with spirit, self, and community. Each month carries a unique theme inspired by the cycles of nature and the soul’s journey.

As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, we gather to honor the gentle glow that lives within us — the embers of spirit, love, and purpose that sustain us through the darker months.

This month’s Lumina Circle invites you into a space of stillness and warmth — a guided meditation and community gathering to reconnect with your inner light. November's theme is The Embers Within. Together, we’ll reflect on gratitude, self-nourishment, and the quiet transformation that unfolds when we tend the fire within.

Surrounded by candlelight and community, you’ll be guided to release outer busyness, breathe deeply, and return home to yourself.

This circle is for:

✨ Those seeking grounding, peace, and soulful reflection.

✨ Anyone feeling weary or ready to slow down and reset.

✨ All who wish to reconnect with spirit, self, and community in a sacred, heart-centered space.

What to Bring/What to Expect:

• A journal and pen (optional, for after-meditation reflections)
• Comfortable clothing for relaxation
• Water to stay hydrated
• Crystals, mala beads, or other sacred items you’d like to charge with energy (optional)
• An open heart and a spirit ready for renewal

✨ No experience with meditation is required — just an open heart and a willingness to pause.
