LUMI-NATION is Dominica's longest serving J'ouvert fete and mas troupe - pioneered by Signal Band & Fantacy Tribe. The event boasts of offering patrons an irresistible experience of live music and entertainment, premium drinks and sponsor treats - in the presence of light, color, paint and powder.

Fact: Lumi-Nation is Dominica's longest serving j'ouvert mas troupe. We were awarded “Largest Jou Ouve Band” for Mas Domnik 2018, 2019, 2020, 2023 , 2024 and 2025 by the Dominica Festivals Committee (DFC). We hosted a virtual edition in the pandemic year of 2021 and presented a Cooler Fete Edition in 2022.
