Lumen Printing with Andrew K. Thompson

Join us on Sunday, March 30th for our Lumen Print Workshop with Before You Know : Photographic Transmutation artist Andrew K. Thompson. The artist will lead participants through the process of making a lumen print, an analog photographic print created without the use of a camera. Participants are encouraged to bring personal items to use for their prints. Flat items such as leaves, pre-cut paper, and photographic negatives are ideal. A limited number of slots are available so secure your spot soon.

Andrew K. Thompson is a photographer working in Southern California. Thompson’s work aims to transgress the norms of photography and critique the perceived ideals of perfection that are typically associated with the medium.
