Before the turkey, the guest list and the endless to-do list take over, give yourself one evening that's only for you. The Exhale is a candlelit sound bath made for women who take care of everyone else and rarely get a break.Your evening:

• Arrive to soft lighting, warm herbal tea and a cozy spot that's already set up for you
• Write down everything on your mind and leave it at the door
• Relax under a blanket while crystal bowls fill the room with calming sound for about 60 minutes
• Return slowly, with a sweet treat and a quiet moment before you head home

No experience needed. You don't need to meditate or "do it right." Just lie back and let go. If you fall asleep, that's a win.

Bring a friend. Your sister, your best friend, or the mom friend who needs this as much as you do.

What to bring: Wear something comfortable. Mats, blankets and eye pillows are provided, but feel free to bring your own pillow.
