Let's get a great start to the day with a morning sweat with our Ambassardor Malia!

She is our highly qualified intructor to lead us though a whole body workout with an emphasis on glutes and abs! Woo! You won't wanna miss this. Don't worry about fitness level, modifications are always here for you. We will begin with a warm up, led by a progressively challenging workout and cool down - class will be 1 hour.

Please ensure that you bring a watter bottle and Yoga mat to class. Yoga mats will not be provided - we will have them at cost or the workout can be done on the floor!

After class we will have coffee and a light snacks to keep the successful momentum going.
