Join us for a complimentary outdoor yoga classes this summer.
Classes will be led by our local instructors and community partners, creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for all levels.
About
My name is Alexa Lloyd and I am a pilates instructor at Jaybird in Vancouver. Outside of teaching, I work as a registered nurse in reproductive health and am currently completing my Master degree in Nursing. I love creating movement experiences that help people feel more confident and grounded in their body and mind.
My classes are pilates-inspired and designed to challenge both your body and mind. Expect intentional, low-impact movement that builds strength, stability, and endurance while moving to the beat of the music. I emphasize breath, mindful movement, and full-body flow, with options to modify or progress exercises so everyone feels welcome. My goal is that you leave feeling strong, grounded, and energized.
Registration Details
Registration is required for each class.
Registration opens two weeks before each event at 3:00pm PST.

Important Information
Mats will be available for the first 250 guests at a first-come-first-serve basis. We recommend arriving early if you want to secure one of the provided mats. If you are unable to come early and secure a mat, please make sure to bring your own.
Please bring: full water bottle, towel (if necessary), sun screen.
A reminder email will be sent out each week prior to your class.
