Join us for a 45 minute booty-burning workout designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, and quads using just a resistance band and a mat.
Expect nonstop lower-body fire, feel-good energy, killer playlists, and a whole lot of booty-shaking fun. We'll pulse, squat, lunge, and lift our way to stronger legs and stronger glutes - all while cheering each other on.
