Research shows that movement is a key contributor to a healthy mental state. Our goal for World Mental health Day is to bring joy and simplicity back to being well—through inclusive, non-intimidating access to movement and connection in the form of Play.

This year bring Play to life by visiting lululemon in The Americana on October 10th to complete a casual, fun-filled, in-store scavenger hunt and receive a prize.
