About this Event
All summer long, lululemon Steamboat Springs is hosting a weekly run club designed to build speed, endurance & community through structured interval training. Led by Steamboat Springs RUN Ambassador Catie Haynes, each run features guided interval workouts that help runners improve pacing, stamina & confidence in a supportive group environment. From track days to hill repeats, Catie can help you tailor the workout to your specific training goals: regardless of pace, everyone will be in the same place!
And for those looking for a lower-intensity option, a dedicated walking group will also be included creating an inclusive space for all fitness levels.
Whether you're trainingfor a race, building a consistent routine, or simpley looking to move with a supportive community, all paces & experience levels are welcome.
