Running provides both physical and mental benefits, such as stronger heart health and improved mental well-being.
Participants will meet in front of lululemon Reston Town Center for a quick check-in and dynamic warm-up.
The run will start at 9 AM. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to check in and properly stretch.
Just bring a water and yourself – will take care of the rest!
