What to Expect

For more than two decades, Luis Reyes has been the rhythmic force behind some of the most respected names in Latin Jazz and Afro-Caribbean music. A highly sought-after percussionist, recording artist, and Grammy® Award-winning collaborator, Luis has spent his career bringing depth, energy, and authenticity to the music of others while building a reputation rooted in excellence, humility, and artistry.

Now, through his original project Jazzacote, Luis steps into the spotlight with a musical vision entirely his own. Inspired by the legendary percussionists, composers, and recordings that shaped his journey, Jazzacote is more than an album—it’s a celebration of artistic independence, cultural heritage, and the enduring spirit of Latin Jazz.
