Lughnasadh Lughlympic Games

Join us on Saturday, August 1st at 10:00 AM as we celebrate Lughnasadh with our very own Lughlympic Games—inspired by the ancient spirit of competition, community, and the Olympic Games, but dedicated to Lugh, the Celtic god of skill and mastery.
The day will feature fun games, challenges, fellowship, and a special ritual inspired by the traditions of the Olympic Games. Whether you’re competing, cheering others on, or simply enjoying the festivities, it promises to be a wonderful experience for all.
This will also be Victoria “Blue Fairy”’s seventh ritual on her path toward becoming a minister with the Community of Consciousness Church. We hope you’ll join us in supporting and encouraging her as she reaches this important milestone in her clergy training.
Potluck Celebration – Please bring a dish, snack, or beverage to share if you’re able.
This is a donation-based event. Donations help support the church and future community events but are never required to attend.
Toga attire is requested but not required. Come dressed in your best toga, festival wear, or simply as you are.
Please bring a valid photo ID. For the safety of our community, all attendees are screened against the Registered Sexual Offender and Predator database before admission.
Bring your enthusiasm, your sense of adventure, and your community spirit as we honor the first harvest and celebrate the many talents among us.
May the best champion earn the favor of Lugh!
All are welcome!
