Lughnasadh: Celebrate the First Harvest
The fields are golden. The sun is warm. And it's time to gather and give thanks.
Join us for Lughnasadh, the first harvest festival, on August 1st at The Loft in Cambuslang. This ancient celebration honors the abundance we've cultivated, in our gardens, our careers, our relationships, and our inner lives. We'll gather to acknowledge the blessings of the season and celebrate the fruits of our labour.
Lughnasadh marks the grain harvest, so freshly baked bread will be shared as we break bread together and honour the wheat that sustains us. There's something sacred about gathering around food made from the earth's bounty. It grounds us, connects us to the cycles of nature, and reminds us that we are held and provided for.
We'll cast a circle under the golden light, celebrate what we've harvested so far this year, and honour the work that got us here. Whether you're celebrating literal harvests from your garden or the metaphorical harvests of your spiritual journey, your work, or your personal growth, this gathering is for you.
You'll also have a chance to connect with fellow witches and spiritual women in this supportive community. This is an ideal opportunity to meet other people who are seeking spiritual connection, celebration, and personal growth.
I can't wait to celebrate abundance with you. Here are all the details:
When: Saturday, August 1st, 2:00-4:00 pm
Where: The Loft, Glasgow
What to bring: Your journal and a pen, something to sit on
What to wear: Whatever makes you feel awesome and celebrated
I can't wait to gather and give thanks together.
