Join us for Lufkin's Boo Bash on the Plaza on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 5 PM to 7 PM at the Plaza at the Pitser Garrison Convention Center.
This free, family-friendly Halloween event brings local businesses, organizations, community partners, and families together for an evening of trick-or-treating, activities, music, costumes, and Halloween fun.
Families should plan to arrive at 5 PM when the event begins.
What to expect:
- Trick-or-treating with local businesses and organizations
- Halloween costumes
- Family-friendly activities
- Live music
- Pumpkin decorating hosted by the Museum of East Texas
The Museum of East Texas will host its pumpkin decorating activity on the plaza during the event, with pumpkins sponsored by Brookshire Brothers, while supplies last. The Museum will also have additional activities for families to enjoy.
Admission is free. Costumes are encouraged, and families should bring a bag for candy and treats.
Businesses, nonprofits, schools, churches, clubs, and community organizations interested in handing out candy or treats can register here:
