This is 200° of wood-fired bliss on the shores of Lake Michigan. Step inside, pour the water, hear the steam hiss, and feel the lake wake you up.
We’re heading back to Ludington for another weekend of lakeside heat and cold plunges, thanks to our friends at Northstar Fitness!
This location is unbeatable: right on the shoreline, tucked safely behind the breakwalls that calm the waves. You’ll hear the hiss of water hitting hot stones, feel the steam wrap around you, and then shock your system awake with a cold plunge in the lake. It’s the perfect balance of calm and intensity — the kind that leaves you glowing for days.
What to Expect:
Two wood-fired saunas will be blazing at around 200°F. Between rounds, you can relax by the firepit, swap stories, and take in the fresh lake air. Whether it’s your first plunge or your fiftieth, you’ll walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and alive in a way you can’t quite describe.
This is real sauna culture — authentic, communal, and deeply rejuvenating.
