Join us for our Lucky ☘️ March Cooking Class with Chef Ace Champion on Monday, March 31st. Class starts at 6:30pm with the doors opening at 5:30pm. We don't actually cook but Chef Ace shares a lot of tips and humor with us! Feel free to drink wine at the same time! 🍷💕 Recipes are posted on our Facebook page right before class so you can follow along! We will be having Shrimp Etouffee which is one of Ace's specialties being from New Orleans. Na’ Lans Shrimp Etouffee - Basmati Rice Pilaf in creole gravy-shrimp-veggies-garlic-parsley-roux-served with basmati rice pilaf. If you're not a seafood lover, let us know when you reserve, and Ace will prepare a seasoned, pan-seared Chicken Breast for you. For dessert, we'll enjoy Chocolate Kahlua Cream Pie with White Chocolate Drizzle. Dark chocolate and cream slow simmered to make rich custard finished with a white chocolate and rum sauce.
