Lucky Little Flow: Beach Pilates ☘️

Flow into St. Patty's Day fun with a 45 min Pilates workout experience on the beach led by Flow Pilates Club. Grab your comfiest workout set or sweats (wearing green is encouraged💚) and be ready to work your core and connect with an amazing community.

Flow Pilates Club: is a pilates community rooted in ocean-inspired movement. As one of the core principles of Pilates, 'flow' is at the heart of our philosophy. We offer unique pop-up experiences on the West Coast, providing an opportunity to move, feel inspired and connect with your calm in nature.

What to Expect:

10:30a: Check-in at Lifeguard Tower 28 & mingle with the community!

10:45a: Mat Pilates (open to all fitness levels)

11:30a: Refuel & continue mingling with your community!

Towels will be provided for class, but if you require more support or have a favorite mat, please bring your own! Please bring your own water.

Paid parking at Lot 5 South is recommended: https://www.santamonica.gov/places/parking-lots/lot-5-south. You can also try your luck with paid street parking or free parking deeper in Santa Monica.

Once you park, you'll walk down the wooden path and we'll be right on the right or left. Look out for a cute beach setup. :)
