Lucky & Unhinged is a high-energy BUTI class designed to shake loose stuck energy, light up your core, and leave you feeling powerful, sweaty, and unapologetically alive. This isn’t about luck—it’s about movement, music, and claiming what’s already yours.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
