Lucky 2 Shoes Barrel Series- Race 10 of 12: *FEC/ Alaska State Fair*

It is time again for our Lucky 2 Shoes Summer Barrel Series!
Thursday August 27th is our tenth of 12 races at the Alaska State Fairgrounds this year. This race will be in the New France Equestrian Center arena. This event is part of the Alaska State fair and will require additional entry fees and parking passes prior to the event!
Registration/warm ups begins at 5:45.
Timed runs start at 6:30 sharp!
Races cost $40 for a timed run on both the barrel pattern and pole bending pattern.
Riders may practice before timed runs begin and depending on timing before pole bending timed runs.
1-6th place ribbons will be handed out for each division at the end of each race.
Points will accumulate over the course of the series and belt buckles for Champion and Reserve Champion will
be given at the end of the series.
The Alaska State Fair will be running with all the food options one could dream of!
These events are designed to be a positive learning experience. We encourage new to the sport riders, green horses or folks who just want to come out and have fun. We just ask that you bring a positive attitude and cheer each other on!
