This is the depth workshop that follows Friday's lecture. Can lucid dreaming become a tool for healing, insight, and transformation?
About this Event

In this experiential workshop, internationally recognized lucid dreaming expert Robert Waggoner will explore how experienced lucid dreamers have used lucid dreams to promote emotional healing, personal growth, and even physical well-being. Drawing on decades of experience, Robert will examine both the scientific research surrounding lucid dreaming and compelling case examples that illustrate what may be possible when we consciously engage with the dreaming mind.

Participants will explore the factors that appear to support meaningful change through lucid dreaming, as well as common misconceptions about attempting to "control" dreams. We'll also examine how many of the same principles can be applied during waking life through greater mindfulness and awareness—a practice Robert calls lucid living.

The workshop includes two guided meditative exercises designed to help participants connect more deeply with the wisdom of the unconscious, whether or not they have previously experienced a lucid dream.

Each participant will also receive Robert's How to Lucid Dream booklet, featuring practical techniques for developing lucid dreaming skills, recognizing dream awareness, and working intentionally with the dream experience.

Whether you're completely new to lucid dreaming or have explored it before, this workshop offers an engaging opportunity to deepen your understanding of dreams, consciousness, and the transformative potential of the unconscious psyche.

About Our Presenter:

Robert Waggoner wrote the acclaimed book, (now in its sixteenth printing), and co-authored with Caroline McCready. Both books are in Audible and Kindle. His books have been translated into French, German, Chinese, Korean, Czech, Finnish and other languages.

A past President of the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD), Waggoner currently serves on the Executive Committee. For twenty years, he continues to serve as co-editor of the online magazine, The Lucid Dreaming Experience, (ISSN 2167-616X); the only ongoing publication devoted specifically to lucid dreaming. Recently, he helped found the non-profit Lucid Dreaming Foundation to spread the practice, research and beneficial use of lucid dreaming. A lucid dreamer since 1975, he has logged more than 1,000 lucid dreams.

Waggoner frequently speaks on the science and practice of lucid dreaming at international dream conferences, workshops and college classrooms in order to help others see the potential of lucid dreaming to promote creativity, health and insight.
