This is an educational workshop focused on dream recall and lucid dreaming techniques. We all dream—whether we remember them or not is a different story. So how can we increase our chances of recalling our dreams and step into the ability to control them?We will learn about dreaming and techniques to increase dreams, improve dream recall, and step into the possibility of lucid dreaming. There will be a hands-on activity that you can take home with you to continue practicing and building your dream knowledge.
This is the first of two workshops/courses. The second will follow and focus on dream interpretation, along with skills to help read and understand your dreams.

Event is May 29th at 6 PM. Cost is $35 for the course.
