How to RSVP:
Click "Interested" for the event, then "Going" for the respective dates. It may be in the form of the drop down menu.
IMPORTANT:
- "Interested" response will not be considered a valid RSVP.
- We will post the participants list a couple of days prior to the session. Please check if your name is on the list.
- If your name is not on the list, do not fret, we do have a waitlist. IF someone cancels their attendance, you MAY end up on the list. We will contact you.
- Any cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the session. Failure to do WILL have an effect on your future RSVP. The decision will be at the discretion of the committee and we understand that there may be unavoidable circumstances preventing you from attending. We are human and have feelings too, but please DO NOT abuse the system.
- We try to cater for everyone but for the purpose of having the best session possible, we reserve the right to refuse participation for walk-ins and late RSVP-ers
