The Indiana Immunization Coalition and the MSD of Lawrence Township will be hosting an immunization clinic at LECC (6501 Sunnyside Road) on April 22nd between 3:00 PM - 6 PM. While walk ins are welcome, appointments are encouraged. Parent/Guardian consent required for those under the age of 18. The online registration form can be completed at patients.vaxcare.com/registration. Enrollment code is IN65942. Select Lawrence Township-4/22/25All CDC recommended vaccines will be available. The state immunization registry will be consulted to assess the immunization needs of each individual.
Please bring immunization records for the individual who is getting vaccinated. If you have an insurance card, please bring it. There is no cost for those without insurance, except for the shingles and adult RSV vaccine, which often require a co-pay.
