DePriest Center’s Low Intensity Outpatient Program (LIOP) provides a 12-week, 2-hour weekly group designed to educate and support individuals exploring the impact of substance use and recovery. Sessions cover topics like addiction, communication, spirituality, and the effects of substance use on families. Each session stands alone, so participants can join at any point in the 12-week rotation.
We believe every client deserves a chance to change and live a fulfilling, productive life free from addictive substances. The program combines faith-informed care with evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and trauma-informed practices, to support the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of each client.
Sessions are in-person, hybrid, or virtual, and treatment is individualized to meet each client’s unique needs. LIOP provides a safe, supportive space to learn, grow, and take practical steps toward recovery
