Take a break from the hustle and give your body what it needs. Our Low Impact Yoga sessions meet twice in March in the 2nd Floor Small Gym for a relaxing, rejuvenating practice that's perfect for everyone.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or you've been flowing for years, this class meets you where you are. Expect gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and movements designed to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed.

This is your time to slow down, tune in, and take care of yourself alongside your Paramount neighbors.
