Available the second and fourth Wednesday of every month from 8:00AM - 11:30 AM. No appointment required!
Must be fasting at least 12 hours prior to a blood draw. Doctor's orders not required.
LIPID Panel: $35
Includes cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides & VLDL
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP): $40
Includes ALT, A: G ratio, albumin, alkaline phosphatase, AST, bilirubin, BUN, BUN: creatinine ratio, calcium, carbon dioxide, chloride, creatinine, globulin, glucose, potassium, protein, and sodium
HEALTH Panel: $55
Includes the Lipid Panel, CMP, uric acid, and total cholesterol: HDL ratio
Add on Labs:
HgbA1C Average blood sugar level over the past 3 months $8.00
TSH Measures thyroid stimulating hormone $15.25
PSA Screening for Prostate Cancer $17.50
CBCw/Diff Measures the amount of red blood cells,white blood cells and platelets in the blood $4.00
We accept cash, check, Health Savings Account (HSA), and credit (a convenience fee of 3% for credit/debit).
