A 90-Minute Grounded Aerial Yoga Experience
Join me for this special 90-minute Aerial Yoga workshop where the hammocks are lowered to just above the floor, creating a playful and supported space we call the Low Fly Zone.
This class blends the fluidity of aerial movement with the grounding support both from the hammocks and the floor. Expect to hold postures a little longer, building body awareness, flexibility, and a touch of strength. The lowered silks offer stability and gentle resistance, making this a perfect workshop for those wanting to explore deeper shapes with less height.
While this isn’t a restorative class, we’ll move mindfully with time to explore, breathe, and enjoy moments of suspension close to the earth. And ofcourse ending in the most sublime Shavasana. Open to all levels.
