Lovingkindness Meditation for SLO Noor Foundation

This special event is a lovingkindness meditation to calm the body and open the heart. Lovingkindness cultivates present-moment awareness with compassion for oneself and others, supporting emotional balance, stress relief, and enhanced creativity. A rejuvenating experience for mind, body, and spirit.

Donation-based event: You can pay whatever you can afford. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Your contribution helps cover event costs and supports future accessible offerings. Although you can come for free, please reserve your spot either way so I can have your contact info in case of weather changes/cancellations.

A portion of proceeds will go to SLO Noor Foundation. The SLO Noor Foundation provides free medical, dental and vision care to uninsured adults in San Luis Obispo County and northern Santa Barbara County, regardless of race, ethnicity, immigration status, religion, sexual orientation, or gender.
