Join us for a Sunday afternoon of collective witnessing by weaving the practices of Family Constellations and Authentic Movement.
Healing and growth happens in community <3
Authentic Movement is the practice of listening to and following body impusles into spontaneous movement (often with eyes closed) while witnessed by another. In this way, we let the truth within us that is beyond words take shape through our body, so it can be recognized and integrated.
Family Systems Constellations is a practice of using intuitive representation of members of a family (or aspects of a system) to give form and allow opportunity for movement.
Both practices support the cultivation of a capacity for compassionate witness (within and without), and promotes ease through loving acceptance of what is.

This 4-hour workshop will utilize simple yet profound practices to develop participants’ intuitive (body-based) sensing and knowing in order to develop more coherence, both within oneself, within the group as a whole, and within the larger field of which we are a part.
Together we will use these intuitive practices to respectfully address our unseen relations with compassionate boundaries. Our process will depend in part on what arises in the room among participants needs and desires, and will incorporate gentle movement and meditation in solo, paired and group process
This gathering is a collective prayer to restore frayed connections, to witness with a courageous heart, and to remember the profound resources and support that always surround us.

There will be an opportunity to receive a personal constellation for at least one person. If you have an urgency to see what may be at root of a personal difficulty (frustrating pattern of obstruction), please come! However, due to limited time, there is no guarantee you will receive a constellation - but don't worry, there are many opportunities, and all in circle may receive benefit.

No experience necessary — simply a tender, courageous heart and willingness to see and be seen.

About the Facilitator
Christopher Collins, (MSW, CMA) brings to this work years of training and experience as a mental health counselor, Laban movement analyst and systemic and family constellator. Christopher has trained in Family Constellations since 2021 with Ron Young (healingwisdom.com), and has also sat with Barbara Morgan (cominghome.org.uk).
Christopher serves as the Director of the Hidden Temple, a project in community resourcing he initiated in 2023. In addition to his group offerings, Christopher also works one-on-one with individuals seeking more agency and vitality in their life.
