Join Paul & Dani Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20 from 1:00 - 5:00pm.
This workshop was created with the intention of cultivating safe communication, healthy boundaries, and a deeper connection and intimacy with our partners.
Paul and Dani are traveling all the way from Sayulita, Mexico, to guide us through this unique, experiential journey!
In this workshop, we will share the practices that we, as partners, use to cultivate an authentic and ever-evolving loving connection.
Some of the time will be spent in a lecture-style format to support learning and integration, while much of the workshop will be interactive, including breath practices, meditation, dance, and other intimacy exercises designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and your partner. There will also be a Soundbath on Sunday to have time to integrate after the weekend of learning and experiencing.
We will explore how to support one another through effective and safe communication, as well as nervous system co-regulation practices. These tools will help deepen our understanding of our individual needs and boundaries, as well as those within our partnerships.
Through conscious communication and loving practices, we will deepen connection, understanding, and intimacy, creating a safe, loving, and communicative environment within our relationships.
This is a journey to:
-Understand the role of the nervous system in relation to our beliefs, emotions, and boundaries.
-Develop tools to support safe and effective communication.
-Deepen connection with ourselves and our partners.
-Explore simple practices to rebuild intimacy and a sense of safety.
-Practice self-regulation and co-regulation through breath awareness.
This is for couples at any stage of their relationship who wish to deepen their connection, explore new tools, and discover ways to grow more consciously together.
Snacks will be provided.
Early Bird Offer: Register by September 5 for $100 per couple.
Regular Pricing: $150 per couple after September 5.
To get the most from this experience, both days are recommended and intentionally connected. If you participate, the full fee will cover the complete two-day program.
**If there is a need to cancel you must cancel within 48 hours of the workshop to have a full refund.**
