Join us for Loving Me: Breathwork & Sound Healing on Saturday, April 25, 2026—a gathering devoted to self-love and renewal. This in-person experience is a safe, nurturing space for anyone seeking holistic wellness in community.

Through breathwork and sound healing, we’ll guide you into a deeply restorative practice designed to help release anxiety, stress, and trauma held in the body—while cultivating gratitude, peace, and a more grounded love for yourself. You’ll be supported by facilitators trained in spiritual care and well-being, and held by the gentle strength of community.

This is your invitation to pour back into you—to reconnect with your body, honor your needs, and be reminded that you don’t have to do your healing alone. Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected, restored, and rooted in self-love.

Info: This is the main event which includes breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start at 10:00 am.
