Join us for our fall 6-week series of LoveYourBrain Yoga! Learn accessible yoga and mindfulness strategies that promote resilience and post-traumatic growth following a brain injury. Join Alli, an instructor with lived experience of TBI (traumatic brain injury) and certified facilitator with LoveYourBrain, the leader in research and programming to support yoga and mindfulness for the brain injury community, every Tuesday August 26-September 30 @ 12-1 pm. This course is for anyone with Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury (including concussion) and their care givers. If the timing of this course does not suit you, please let us know! If there is enough interest in shifting to another time of day to meet the needs of the majority of the group, we are happy to accommodate this request as possible.
