LOVERS STRETCH

Lovers Stretch is a Valentine’s Day couples session designed to help you and your partner slow down, release tension, and reconnect through movement. Expect guided stretches and partner based work that help your bodies soften, your breath sync, and your energy settle. It’s calm, intimate, and grounding. The kind of reset that brings you closer and sets the tone for the rest of your day together.

PS: We’ll get you relaxed, open, and fully in your bodies… what happens later is completely up to you 😉
